I login and am approved but it won't let me reserve
If you login successfully and when you go to checkout, you receive a "Vendor Approval" message, there could be a few reasons for that.
Your insurance has lapsed and the flag needs to be reset. Please contact the vendor directly for this.
You have not been approved at all by the vendor. Please contact your vendor account rep for this.
We have also experienced on 1 occasion, when an approved user has allowed the browser to "remember me", and they just clicked the login button, a vendor approval message is displayed. If you know you are approved, please log out, and when you sign back in, type your username and password instead of letting the system "remember" you.
