  1. Link accounts together by company/SCAC

    There are several people who make bookings on behalf of my company and each of them have a separate chassis finder account. I would like all these accounts somehow linked together so that each account can see and manage the bookings made by the other accounts. This will also help us out when people who've made bookings leave our company.

    This might also require some extra security features too so that I can decide what certain accounts are allowed to do for my company (i.e. make bookings, cancel bookings, etc.)

  2. Allow choosing payment method at checkout time

    I would like to have the option of paying with PayPal even if I already have credit with a vendor. At checkout time I would like to choose to pay with either my credit account with the vendor or with my PayPal account.

  4. I login and am approved but it won't let me reserve

    If you login successfully and when you go to checkout, you receive a "Vendor Approval" message, there could be a few reasons for that.

    Your insurance has lapsed and the flag needs to be reset. Please contact the vendor directly for this.

    You have not been approved at all by the vendor. Please contact your vendor account rep for this.

    We have also experienced on 1 occasion, when an approved user has allowed the browser to "remember me", and they just clicked the login button, a vendor approval message is displayed. If you know you are approved, please log out,…

  6. Send confirmation to a different email address

    I want to send the confirmation emails to a different email address.

    There are several ways to do this. At the Payment screen, the email address on file for you will display. You can change this email and have the confirmation sent to a different address.

    After Payment, and on the Confirmation screen, you can add email addresses for the email to be sent to. Simply type in the email addresses, and click Send Emails.   7. I want to cancel a reservation

    You can cancel the reservation up to the day after the scheduled pickup, by signing in to the system, clicking "My Leases" in the upper right hand corner. Your most recent lease will be at the top of the list. Click "View Details". Click "Cancel Invoice" and confirm.

    In the login screen, there is a "Forgot Password" link. Click that, enter your username, and the system will send an email to the address on file. You have 48 hours to follow the link and reset your password. You can also find the link here.

  9. I forgot my username

    If you've forgotten your username, in the login screen, there is a link called "Recover Username". Click that link, enter your email address on file, and the system will send your username to that email address. The link is also below;
